Ever since our shredding was picked up last week, I keep thinking about how friendly and helpful your employee was. The bin is wheeled through our area and he stops to let us put our shredding in (we are admittedly lazy and don’t get the key to unlock it during the month). I utilized your free shredding program this past Saturday. I want to commend all the people involved, they gave up their Saturday and did a “bang-up” job. I couldn’t believe how efficient the operation was and how friendly the employees were that I interacted with – smiles and friendly interactions – no waiting in line (at least no more than a few minutes).
